1. Nature of Delivery DRJ Agro Services provides Farmland Leasing and Agricultural Management services. We do not ship physical products to your billing address. All “deliveries” refer to:
- Digital Lease Agreements: Delivered via email and the user dashboard immediately upon signing.
- Agricultural Inputs (Saplings/Seeds): Delivered directly to your leased plot location (The Farm) for planting.
2. Service Timeline
- Lease Activation: Your plot lease is activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Agreement Generation: The official Government Lease Agreement is drafted and available for download within 3-5 business days of KYC verification.
- Plantation Services: If you purchase a “Sapling & Support” package, planting activities on your plot will commence within 7-14 days of payment, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
3. Delays DRJ Agro Services is not responsible for delays in plantation activities caused by “Force Majeure” events such as unseasonal rain, cyclones, or labor strikes. In such cases, the work will be rescheduled for the earliest favorable date.
