Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DRJ Agro Services. We are committed to providing transparency in our transactions.

1. GENERAL POLICY: NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our business (Farmland Leasing, Perishable Agricultural Goods, and Time-bound Services), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, except in the specific exceptional circumstances outlined in Section 4 below.

By making a purchase on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this strict No Refund Policy.

2. CATEGORY-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION RULES

A. Land Lease Bookings

  • Booking Finalization: Once a plot is selected and the lease amount is paid, the plot is immediately reserved for you, preventing others from booking it. Therefore, lease payments are non-refundable.
  • Lease Agreements: Once the Government Lease Agreement drafting process has commenced or been signed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted for the duration of the agreed lease term.
  • Early Termination: If you choose to terminate a lease agreement early, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused months of the lease term.

B. Saplings, Seeds, and Inputs

  • Perishable Goods: Agricultural inputs such as saplings, seeds, and fertilizers are perishable in nature. Once an order for these items is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Delivery Acceptance: You are responsible for inspecting saplings/goods upon delivery to your plot. We do not accept returns after the goods have been delivered or planted.

C. Agricultural Support Services

  • Service & Maintenance Fees: Payments made for “Full Plantation Support” or labor services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel the renewal of a monthly service subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for the current active month.

3. CANCELLATION PROCESS

While refunds are not typically provided, you may request to cancel a future service or renewal to prevent future charges.

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (REFUNDS ALLOWED)

We may consider refund requests only under the following technical or exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single transaction due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: If DRJ Agro Services is unable to provide the leased land or service due to unforeseen operational reasons (excluding Force Majeure events like natural calamities).

5. REFUND TIMELINE AND METHOD

If a refund is approved under the “Exceptional Circumstances” clause above:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Credit Timeline: The amount may take an additional 3-5 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited strictly to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account). We cannot issue cash refunds.
